Abstract

We reported the case of a 66-year-old man who underwent simultaneous operation for the bladder diverticulum due to benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) and abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), because bladder diverticulum was placed just before the AAA. Urinary tract infection due to bladder diverticulum and intraoperative bleeding caused by prostatectomy were the matter of debate in performing AAA repair simultaneously.
